Fanfold
Fanfold corrugated is a continuous length of corrugated that has been accordion folded into a stack. It can be sized in width from about 6 inches (150mm) wide to 86 inches (2200mm) wide. The folds are commonly every 48 inches (1200mm) but can vary based on the manufacturing process and customer needs. Two bale units fit perfectly side-by-side in a trailer so the transportation cube is optimal — which is almost twice as efficient as finished boxes. Fanfold is an innovative packaging solution that consists of a bale of corrugated board – usually between 1,000 and 1,500 linear feet in length – accordion-folded and scored to fit your exact specifications.
