Searching for a Product
Using the HOME button (image of a house) on the very left margin of the page enables flexible navigation and quick way to return to the home page to search the thumbnail images for every category. In many cases these categories lead you to secondary categories allowing you to pinpoint the exact products you are looking for. With over 10,000 products offered, if it has to do with packaging materials or shipping supplies you can bet we stock it! The "search window" at the top of the page will help you narrow your search if you know the specific description of the item, or for best results search using a specific item number or the exact box dimensions. For example a 12 x 12 x 12 box could be searched as 121212 in the search bar.  If for some reason you cannot locate the product you need, please contact us either by phone or email and let us help you.

Minimum Order Policy for Stock Products $50.00 | Custom Boxes $150.00
We have a minimum order requirement on stock products and shipping supplies, including in stock corrugated boxes of $50.00 (excluding shipping) and a $150.00 order minimum requirement on all custom size boxes. We understand this may be inconvenient to many of our smaller customers, however we simply cannot process custom box orders efficiently or profitably for less than the above minimums.

Stock Box Prices
Prices for "stock boxes" on website are quoted in pallet quantities. We reserve the right to adjust prices on "stock boxes" geographically across the USA because of fluctuation to paper indices including board liner and medium paper prices. Bundle quantities or "stock box" quantities in some cases which are less than pallet quantities will be quoted and priced higher than the actual price reflected on the "Stock Box"  pages.

Custom Box Orders, Stock Box Orders & Box Calculator
The custom box calculator on the upper right hand of the home page allows you to order corrugated boxes in custom sizes. Just follow the steps and provide the step-by-step information to get the total calculated cost of the boxes you require. Be sure to pay attention to the dimensional characteristics of how to measure a box. You can refer to the link on the bottom footer "how to measure a box" listed under the corrugated specs column. All custom box orders are manufactured according to inside dimensions provided by customer at time of order. As the seller we reserve the right to decline orders that may not be profitable and or suitable for shipping based on dimensional sizes and requirements. Also orders that may not be deemed profitable because of a certain box size, smaller boxes that may calculate and price incorrectly because of square footage requirements, and boxes ordered in single digit quantities. As the seller we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and run our custom orders to the exact dimensions of the box sizes ordered. Nevertheless tolerances can vary between a 1/16" and an 1/8" depending on corrugated machinery calibration and other factors associated with running volume orders over time.  All sales and custom box orders consummated through the "Box Calculator" are final. Liner-grade options offered on the "Custom Box Calculator" meet the ASTM standards for Edge Crush Testing and or Mullen testing.

Shopping Cart
To place an item in the shopping cart, it is as easy as clicking the "add to cart" button located to the right of each product. You can also click on the "product name" link and use the "add to cart" button on the product detail page.  To remove an item from the cart click the little icon on the upper right hand side of the page by the sub-total. Once the item has been added to the cart you can continue shopping or checkout. To continue shopping click the "continue shopping" link on the left margin of the page, or proceed to checkout. You can either checkout as a guest or register. The shopping cart gives an accurate estimated cost of shipping and freight before you proceed to checkout.

Shipping & Billing
Once you have clicked the checkout button you will need to provide your billing information and shipping details and street address. Your billing address must be entered in exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.  You will then choose a shipping method and select your method of payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, (We reserve the right to decline an order, adjust pricing on a product or charge a surcharge or handling charge). We also accept government purchase orders with verification.

Open Credit Lines
Terms for open credit lines are established at Net 10 days and are only extended subsequent to review and submission of credit application. Cardboardboxes4u.com reserves the right to extend or decline credit requests, based on the applicants past and current credit history, and other criterion such as order size and amount. 

Sales Tax
Cardboardboxes4U is required by law to collect sales and use tax on product sales consummated in the state of Utah and other states that require collection of sales tax. If you are purchasing products for resale and are tax exempt we require a sales tax number. All other entities that meet exempt tax status must provide a Utah state sales tax number.

Payment Methods
Tender for payments on Sellers website allows for the use of major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover and American Express. Purchase Orders are subject to credit review and will not be shipped until credit application is signed and processed.  Purchases and orders submitted through the website could be subject to additional surcharges, handling charges or other fees associated with processing orders.

Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed or submitted on the website an electronic order receipt will be emailed to the purchaser/customer. Subsequent to the order receipt an electronic invoice will be mailed to the purchaser/customer.

Cancellation of Unshipped Order
If your order is in pending or process status and we have ordered materials a 15% cancellation fee will be assessed. If the order has shipped you can no longer submit a order cancellation request. Contact us so we can determine the best solution and if changes can still be made. If an order has been placed on the website and is in process or pending status we will do our best to cancel the order for a $25 cancellation charge. Samples
Samples are available on certain products. If you would like to request a sample for a specific product, please call us at: 888-333-9513 | Certain items are not available as samples. A nominal sample fee of $15 is charged for some samples. Any freight charges over and above the $15 sample fee are passed along. Only 1 or 2 samples can be
shipped for the $15 fee for identical products, unless additional fees are collected for shipping and handling. Different sizes of identical products will not be fulfilled as samples. Some samples incur a higher fee than $15 and will be considered at time
sample order is placed.
