Packaging Design made easy

Packaging design and engineering have been simplified because of innovations in computer technology. For example, let’s say you have a requirement to tweak or alter a box style and size. Or change a component in the design of a box. Well traditionally, you would contact your corrugated sheet plant or box vendor and ask them to engineer the required packaging change which usually adds the expense of design and engineering fees. Just by making a simple revision in the program of the carton style and selecting the modified program on the CNC box machine, whamo! there ya go! Maybe there some concerns over the possibilities of the product being damaged during shipment, an extra fold here and a tuck there,  or maybe an added layer of corrugated in the corners is all that may be needed to shore up the carton. This modification is done by changing and programming the code of the packaging article, thus giving the package the additional padding and protection.
